Can I order a personalized ornament?

Will my order come gift wrapped?

Short answer is no, but all ornaments come packaged in a gift box with a clear top with a Cider Rose logo. You can see the ornament inside. All craft kits come packaged in a white box with a Kids Craftables by Cider Rose logo sticker. All items are included in the box.

I used the wrong address when I ordered and the item shipped, now what?

I cannot take responsibility for packages shipped to an address that you no longer live at or that was entered incorrectly. If the item is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Tracking shows my package was delivered, but I did not receive it, now what?

If your package is marked as delivered, but is “not received” please contact your post office and check with neighbors/ family members/ housemates. Speaking directly with your mail carrier is also helpful. I trust the USPS to do their job and for customers to be honest about the status of their merchandise. I cannot take responsibility for missing packages, you will need to contact the USPS.

Can I order a custom item?

Why do you only offer Priority Mail Internationally?

Priority Mail International arrives in 6-10 business days (actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays) and offers tracking of the package and delivery confirmation. USPS 1st Class International can take 10 days or it could take 3 weeks to arrive, there is no tracking available and there is just no way of estimating how long it will take the package to arrive. Once it leaves the United States it essentially does not exist anymore in the USPS system. Yes, it is considerably cheaper to ship with 1st Class International and if you understand this option and are not in a hurry and want to order, feel free to message me and I will be happy to set up a custom listing for you.

This fun ballerina paint-able is perfect for the little ones that like to paint. A perfect gift for any occasion as well as a fun, creative activity for you and your child(ren) to do together.

Each kit comes packaged in its own box and includes:

• 3 Plaster Ballerina Magnets
• 4 Acrylic Paint Pots - Red, Blue, Yellow and White
• 1 Paint Brush
• 1 Color Mixing Chart

*The primary colors, red, blue, yellow and white were chosen because you can mix a variety of colors from the 4 primary colors included. The color mixing chart helps kids create these additional colors - pink, purple, green and orange.

MEASUREMENTS: Magnet measurements are approximate and may vary slightly in size from 2 inches to 2.4 inches depending on design. Please see photographs for measurements.

Skill Level: Easy
Suitability: Ages 5+ with adult supervision. Not suitable for children under 5 years.
