1. Complete your purchase on Etsy.

3. Upon receiving your submitted customization form, we will verify your purchase and send your customized proof via Etsy Conversations within 2-3 business days.

❤ PROOFING ❤
▶ After receiving the proof, you will have the opportunity to review the proof for feedback. You are allowed 2 rounds of free proof revisions, beyond which an additional charge of $10 per each round of re-editing will be incurred.
▶ Upon receiving your proof feedback, we will send your proof revision via Etsy Conversations within 2- 3 business days.
▶ Your finalized digital files will be sent to the email address as requested on our online customization form within 1 business day of proof approval.
