Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are posted via the Royal Mail from the UK, and come securely packaged in either a padded or hard backed envelope, depending on the item. Gift wrapping is available at a small extra cost. If you have any other packaging needs, please let me know and I will do what I can to support your request.

Custom and personalised orders

If you enjoy my work and want to buy an item that is customised just for you, I will be happy to accommodate. Just get in touch and we can work together to create your dream stationery items!

Damaged items and non arrivals

Although I do all I can to make sure your products reach you quickly and safely, occasionally the post office lets me down and problems can occur. Simply get in touch and I will be happy to refund or replace items which arrive damaged or get lost in transit.

If you decide you no longer want the item you have ordered, I will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. I just ask you post back the item at your expense and in a resalable condition. I regret that I cannot accept returns on digital items or customised items. If your order is damaged please see the relevant FAQ.

My shipping times are estimated, and packages may occasionally be delayed by customs checks or holiday post delays. This is rare, but also outside of my control. If you are ordering an item for a specific date, please make sure you order in plenty of time, just in case this happens. If an order arrives extremely late I will be happy to take the item back and refund you. Please get in touch with me via Etsy messages or email (pochikart@hotmail.com) and we can arrange this. Due to rising shipping costs, I do not send my orders tracked as this would more than double P&P costs for you. However, if your item gets lost in transit, I will gladly refund or replace it.

Wholesale availability

I am happy to provide wholesale quantities and I offer discounts for large orders (usually 20 items or more). Please get in touch with me via Etsy messages or email (pochikart@hotmail.com) so that we can discuss timelines and pricing.

/TARIFFS/

Some countries charge tariffs on imported items. While Etsy will collect most taxes and duties as part of the checkout process, this doesn't always happen. In some cases, governments do not permit intermediaries to collect them, and payments must be made on receipt.

Tariffs, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

Instant Download

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.

Instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact the seller about any problems with your order.
