First of all, HazelFern is one of my favorite incense makers/sellers. Every scent I try has always been magical and the perfect amount of scent without ever beimg overpowering. Every time I burn any of the incense from this shop I get a compliment on how good I and/or my space smells. Ambiance is super important to me and HazelFern has amazing variety to enhance every vibe. My most recent order around the holidays was delayed and I didn't even notice with how much stuff is arriving in the mail everyday and I always order more incense before I get too low in my supply anyway, but the shop owner reached out to me to apologize and explain what was causing the delay and gave me a choice of a free gift. Orders from this shop usually come in surprisingly fast and the shop ownder has excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
