Most items crafty by us are either bronze gilded or silver gilded. A few designs can only be made from 18k gold.

Over time, the gold coating on silver jewelry is susceptible to oxidization caused by exposure to corroding elements such as make-ups, perspiration, extreme weather/heat, etc. We provide a piece of high quality Towntalk® jewelry cloth to help with the upkeep and elongate the lifespan of your beloved piece – it will take care of any cosmetic issue with a wipe!

Our 18k gold jewelry are practically maintenance free, so if that’s what you want, let us know and we will happily customize your order for you.

We triple check every order before shipping them to you. If your item is damaged during transportation, let us know and we will cover your return shipping.

At MoT studio, we support 6-month free Restore and repair warranty(shipping charge included only within the normal use). For non-quality related requests, shipping charges may apply. Material charge may incur for repairing jewelry with missing parts.

These earrings are beautiful! I live all the way out in a small town on Hawai’i Island which probably caused the long shipping wait. Nonetheless, the customer service was great and I was helped promptly, so I appreciated the open communication. The packaging is awesome and the earrings made for a wonderful gift even though I first unwrapped it myself because I was so eager to finally see them! Thanks :)
