Domestic shipping:

Domestic packages (UK mail) will be shipped via “Royal Mail Signed For” 1st Class with delivery confirmation. If you require insurance, please send me an email and I will adjust the shipping costs accordingly. Orders are shipped within 3 business days following receipt of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery after purchase and 2-3 weeks for custom orders. My handmade creations will be wrapped with care and placed in a new box or padded envelope so that it reaches you in perfect condition. If an item is lost on its way to you, I will investigate the loss and issue a refund or replacement if one exists, once that loss is confirmed.


International shipping:

International packages will be shipped “Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed” without exception. Buyer is responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred.
