Favorite Chocolate Chip Oat Bars

1/2 C Butter
1 C Brown Sugar
1 Egg
Grated Rind of 1 Lemon or Orange
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 C Rolled Oats
1/4 tsp Salt
7 oz Chocolate Chips

Cream together butter & sugar. Beat in Egg, orange or lemon rind, vanilla, rolled oats and salt. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375F for 30 Min in greased & floured pan.
