How do I change the colors in a design?

Colors are completely customizable for every design! Simply let me know the colors you would like in the "note to seller" section at checkout (see color chart in the last image of every listing). If you are requesting different colors, I will send you a proof for your approval/changes before finalizing. I would be happy to match the colors of your bedding, paint, or decor - just let me know! Adding a name or other detail for personalization is no problem.

Can I mix and match designs to create my own set?

Absolutely! You can mix and match any designs you see in my shop to create your own set. Please feel free to check out the Mix and Match section of my shop or simply send me a message letting me know what you would like. Colors are also completely customizable.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time refers to the amount of time I need to complete your order before it ships. Turnaround times vary, but can be found on each individual listing, as well as your order invoice. If you need a rush order, please let me know and I will see what I can do!

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Rarely, items get damaged during transit. Not to worry! I always send replacements completely free of charge. I will need to file an insurance claim with the Post Office for the damage, so please send me photos of both the damaged mailer and damaged artwork via Etsy message.

SIZING OPTIONS:

PRINT OPTION:
Each piece is freshly printed to order on Ultra Premium Luster heavyweight paper using Epson UltraChrome Pigment Ink that will last under glass for over 200 years. Your print will be archival, water-resistant, and fade-resistant... simply gorgeous! Vibrant colors and a beautiful result. Prints come unframed. Frame them just as you would with a photograph or poster!

CANVAS OPTION:
Ready to hang! This museum quality, professional 1.5" thick canvas is guaranteed to last for over 100 years. Vibrant inks and a beautiful finish will produce a stunning effect! Kiln dried pine stretcher bars are used to ensure that the canvas print does not warp or bow over time. Each canvas comes with a finished black backing and is ready to hang with pre-installed hanging hardware. Your gallery wrapped canvas will always look as tight and flat as the day it was made.
