I can not be responsible for merchandise that is not received or not returned by these terms. REFUNDS: ◙ All returns will be inspected before I can process a refund. ◙ I will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges of $8, within 2 weeks of receiving your return. CUSTOM ORDERS AND SOLID GOLD ORDERS All custom orders and solid gold order returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from the customer's credit.

All piercings can be used with water, but oils and heavy creams on a daily basis are not recommended. Please avoid using heavy creams, body oils, body creams, perfume spraying, saltwater, or mineral water bathing with any gold plated and sterling silver jewelry to keep their shiny bright appearance. No refunds will be given on jewelry used in an un-proper way.

Packages returned as unclaimed or customer changing his/her mind will be subjected to 25% restocking fees and shipping fees of 8US$ that will be deducted from the refund.
