I love my new clock! Jany responded quickly to my questions, combined my shipping fees and sent a message to confirm personalization. Even with this being an overseas order it arrived way ahead of schedule. It is very light weight, which I like, and is silent! Beautiful craftsmanship as well! Very happy with it and am considering ordering more.
