Light spots on the glass are reflections and NOT imperfections. No Color has been added. The actual engraving will have a frosted look. The engraving is permanent, no chemicals are used and is dishwasher safe. Cloth insert is not included.

To keep shipping costs down, we do not gift wrap. Many of our items are bulky and heavy. We would need to ship a box within a box which adds weight and increases shipping costs.

Design, proof approval and engraving usually takes two to three business days.

Under normal conditions USA shipping takes another 3 to 12 days, depending on which shipping option you select. Covid-19 has changed delivery times in some locations and it may take an additional 20 days for some packages to be delivered. The carriers do not guarantee a delivery date in case the carrier is having shipping or delivery issues.

International shipping could take 10 to 60 days depending on the country and how fast the package gets thru customs.

This rarely happens, but what we need you to do if it does. We will need a picture of the damaged item and the packing box to issue a refund or replace the item.
