CARDSTOCK:

As you know, paper items are delicate by nature, please handle each and every item you receive with care. Each item is packaged carefully for delivery so therefore I cannot be held responsible for items that are handled too rough and rip, break, or tear, due to lack of care on the buyers part.

CLOTHING:

Each article of clothing purchased comes with a care card. Please read it carefully and follow the instructions provided.

FRAGILE [GLASS/CERAMIC/ETC.]:

Fragile items, such as glass or ceramic, are package extremely carefully. I cannot be held responsible for items that are dropped or mishandled after delivery.

If any of your items are ripped or broken in transition I am happy to discuss a replacement.

Processing time is the amount of time it takes me to create a specific item. All processing times are listed on each items individual listing, but most items take roughly 3-5 business days, with the exception of invitations, which take longer. Depending on order size, invitations can take anywhere between 3-8 weeks for processing.
