11 oz Premium White Ceramic Mug, Height 3 1/2 inches - Diameter 3 inches. Subject to minor variations.

How long will the mug take to arrive?

Standard order processing time of 1-3 business days plus a typical estimated delivery time of 2 business days if you selected standard delivery. Or 1 business day if you selected the upgrade during checkout. Please note that the delivery times provided by Etsy are an estimate based on Royal Mail's delivery aim. Royal Mail do not guarantee these times. If your delivery address is incomplete and does not match Royal Mail's online Address Finder, your parcel is likely to be delayed. Please ensure that your address includes the correct postal town.

Can I have a tracking number?

Royal Mail Delivery Confirmation Numbers are automatically sent with your despatch email and are available in your Etsy orders page. This is usually uploaded automatically, but may not be available due to technical issues with software.

Our current mugs are certified dishwasher proof and microwave safe. It is good practice to use a lower dishwasher temperature and use a small amount of detergent on all types of printed kitchenware to preserve the image quality. We would suggest hand washing and use occasionally in the dishwasher to remove tea and coffee stains. A thick paste of sodium bicarbonate of soda and water, scrubbed lightly with a soft cleaning pad will remove stubborn tea stains.

I need this for Friday, will it arrive on time?

We don't deliver your mail, nor do we have any control over the postal system. Allow sufficient time for your parcel to arrive. Please review processing times and delivery estimates before ordering. We are unable to upgrade your delivery speed after you have placed an order. Choose the delivery upgrade during checkout if you need your order to arrive quicker.

My parcel didn't arrive on time?

The advertised delivery times are provided by Etsy and based on Royal Mail's delivery aim. They are estimates and not guaranteed by Royal Mail. We don't have any control over the postal system, so delivery times are out of our control. Expect delays and allow sufficient time for your parcel to arrive. Slightly late deliveries are not eligible for full refunds. Royal Mail do not consider an item to be late or lost until 11 days have passed since despatch.
