Can international customers return orders because they did not know about or did not want to pay the duty and taxes imposed by their country?

No, Orders returned from international customers who have not paid the duty or taxes imposed by their country will not be accepted under any circumstances. These orders will be returned to the customer only after the customer has paid for the return shipping. It is the responsibility of all international customers to know before they order what duties and taxes they will have to pay on their orders.

When will international orders be refunded.

In the event an international order is lost or un-deliverable due to an incorrect shipping address a refund will only be issued after the insurance claim is paid (30-45 days), if insurance was purchased or after the returned items have been received and inspected (7-14 days after receipt). If the items are returned due to an incorrect shipping address the customer may pay to have the order re-shipped or pay a 50% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued on orders received after 45 days from the ship date. If the order can not be shipped after packaging because of an incorrect shipping address the customer will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
