Communication: the seller is responsive, in business hour my messages were replied within 1-2 hour. However please be careful when you order a customization and describe the requirement through text. The seller didn't read carefully. Better to explain the customization using picture if necessary. Quality: great! no further comment. Shipping: the product arrived in reasonable time, around 1 week from UK to South Korea. Unfortunately the delivery couldn't be tracked for whatever reason (probably system error).
