How long does it take to receive my personalized item/s?

I take approximately 2-3 business days to send your first digital proof. Once you approve the design the printing/production takes approximately 1 week (2 weeks for items that need to be sewn and printed like pillowcases, larger blankets). Shipping within US takes another few days up to a week depending on location. *Want your item sooner? Will I receive a proof after I place my order? PROOF POLICY (Effective Sep 2020)

I always send a digital proof for any item purchased that requires any personalization. Your proofs and any other correspondence regarding your order will be kept within Etsy and will be delivered to you via an Etsy conversation. Approving your proofs in time speeds up the process and will guarantee faster production and delivery. ****PLEASE NOTE: PROOFS****** Please approve your proof within 3 days of me sending you one! If no approval is sent over to me I will proceed with printing and shipping your order and no changes can be made... We are passionate about delivering your orders on time!!!

How can I personalize my item/s? How do I send you the information needed?

After you have chosen your items and have added them to your shopping cart you can enter all necessary information (such as names, dates, colors and anything you want included on the item) in the "Notes to Seller" section before you checkout. *You can always send me an Etsy message and provide the info there.

What if I made a mistake with spelling of names, dates and other information on my item?

You are responsible to provide me with all necessary and correct information for your personalized item/s and also make sure everything is correct on your digital proof. If a mistake is made by me I will always replace your item free of charge. If the mistake is made by you I will gladly offer a discount towards your corrected item.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

In occasion that your item arrives with a flaw or is damaged during transit I will gladly replace it free of charge for you. Please make sure to contact me with your concern and some pictures of the damage and I will make sure to take care of the issue. You are always welcome to contact me after you receive your item/s with your issues and concerns and I will make sure to work with you closely to resolve any problems with your order so you have the best experience shopping with my little shop.

I am buying a gift. Can you include a gift note with my order to send directly to a recipient?

I sure can. Please notify me in time of placing your order or send me a message that you want a gift note included with your order with the actual note and I will gladly accommodate your request. All orders will not include price anywhere on the package.

For best quality prints I recommend to adjust your home printer to the highest resolution setting and use regular to heavy (150-250 gsm) white card stock instead of a plain paper.
