If the item you received is in good condition but you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact me within 5 days of receiving your order and I will be happy to work through an exchange or refund. Exchange or refund will not be given until the original piece is returned to me safely within 30 days of you receiving your order. Shipping and return shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Refunds are not available for custom orders.
I take great care to make sure each item is packaged with the greatest care. If however, your piece is damaged during shipping, please notify me within 5 days of receiving the item, with a picture of the damaged box and piece, for a full refund or replacement.
