- Keep your leather jewelry away from liquids, chemicals, aerosols etc.
- Apply make-up, and hair cosmetic products FIRST; then, put your leather jewelry on.

- Keep it in a separate storage space.
- Sometimes comb it with a small brush (for lashes e.g.)
- If you wish to clean, hang it on the bathroom wall while you take a shower and let it enjoy the moisture bath from the shower.
- If the feathers get wet, grab a blow drier turn it to slow speed and blow dry them from a safe distance or let them dry on their own in the shade.

So, if you see that the item you liked was made to order, you can order exactly the same item or describe to me your wishes (another color, size, etc.).
Even if the item is available and ready to ship, you can also order such different item.

Almost every order is custom made especially for the customer, so I'll gladly make your custom size for perfectly fitting! In some cases price can slightly changed (for example, much bigger size of leather book cover). Please contact me to clarify! :)

If for some reason you wanna to return your item - you pay for return shipping. Also I can't refund you shipping costs you've paid and 20% item's costs, 'cause it goes to post and taxes and I don't take it for myself! You can't return customized or exceptional size item.
I can exchange your item for item with similar price without surcharge. For shipping pays the buyer.
I accept money refund only if it was my fault. If you misused the item - NO refund. If you writed the measurements don't correct - NO refund. With photos ONLY. Also holding 20% of item's costs and 100% of shipping costs.
