Custom and personalized orders

All products are made to order based on your specifications and therefore cannot be returned. Read the product item description before placing the order. We are not responsible for misunderstanding on product descriptions. Please provide accurate measurements and double check them before placing your order. Custom orders cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled once purchased due to the custom made-to-order process involved. Please thoroughly review the order details carefully before making your purchase and notify us immediately if there are any errors. If you have a uniquely shaped chair or table, we require an accurate tracing so that we can create a perfect fit. Please order swatches if you are unsure of a color.

We are not responsible for improper care of fabric that results in shrinking or stains. Please wash per the label instructions. Also note that per the fabric manufacturer, outdoor fabrics will withstand direct sunlight for up to 1000 hours. To extend the life of your outdoor covers, remove and store in s dry place when not in use.

Insure your shipping address is correct when ordering. If the address is wrong, ask us to cancel your order and order again with the correct address. We ship USPS and control delays in shipping. If you require an item delivered within a specific time-frame, we suggest upgrading to priority mail. We are not responsible for damage to goods due to lack of care when opening packages. If your item is returned to us due to incorrect mailing address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship products. Please let us know if you have issues with stolen mail and we will ship our item signature required.

Please note we do not manufacture the fabric, but we do source top quality fabric for our items. We work hard to ensure your items do not contain any fabric flaws. If you find a flaw, please notify us immediately. Also note that fabric colors may appear different on a screen than they do in person. We strongly suggest ordering swatches so that you can see the fabric in your home. We do not accept returns if you do not like to the color of the fabric you ordered since we provide an option to purchase swatches. We custom cut and make each item in our studio in Henderson, NV and therefore we STRONGLY recommend you buy swatches to see the fabric in person.

Since each item is handmade per your specifications, please carefully inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Additional fees may apply. Contact me within 72 hours date of delivery if there are any issues with your order. No exceptions will be made. Ship items back within 15 business days of delivery if there are any problems or concerns with your custom-made products. Customer's are responsible for the cost of shipping.

Each item is custom cut and made based on the order specifications. If the item does not fit because we were provided the wrong information, we will not accept exchanges or refunds due to the custom order process that we go through to create each item. Please double check measurements and provide a photo of your chair or table when ordering. Britta Leigh Design is responsible for creating a finished product within a certain tolerance, depending on the style selected. All our chair cushions will be made within one-half of an inch (½") of the dimensions (width, depth, thickness) provided by the customer.

Item Lost or not Delivered by shipper

Items can get lost in the mail or stolen once delivered. We ship all of our items United States Postal Service unless you specify or pay for UPS or FedEx shipping upgrades. We provide tracking on every shipment through Etsy. We will make every effort on our end to locate your package, but once an item leaves our studio, we are no longer responsible for the package. If you have issues with packages stolen from your front door, please let us know so that we can add signature required to the shipping.

The samples shown is a 14" diameter wooden stool with a 1" foam insert. I can make the cover to fit stools that the diameter measures 11" to 20" inches with thickness that can range from 1" to 4" inches. The finished cover will be a few inches larger so it wraps neatly around the stool seat.
