How do we handle items that are damaged during transit?

If your item was damaged during delivery, we'll replace them without charge. All we need is photos of the damage as well as the packaging that you received the item in.

How do we handle "Return to Sender" items?

In case of return or exchange, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs making sure that the item makes it back in the original condition using the same delivery method that was used to ship your item. For returned to seller items, it is your responsibility to contact your local Post Office or local Fedex/UPS office once they attempted delivery and were unsuccessful... If the package is returned to me and I'm charged by the courier, I'll have to deduct this amount from the refund amount. However, I'll be happy to re-send (re-shipping cost would need to be covered by you) or issue a refund excluding the original shipping that was paid.

How do we post your item?

My sisters and I are jointly running our Etsy stores. We’ll be ready to ship your items in just a couple of days. Depending on which one of us is handling your order, your package will either be posted from the UK using Royal Mail Signed and Tracked delivery (delivery within 3 business days to UK , 5 business days to Europe and 7-10 business days to US) or from Turkey using TNT/Fedex (delivery within 2-3 business days pretty much anywhere in the world) Your item will be posted to your Etsy address, please make sure this address is up-to-date. However, if you would like us to ship the item to a different address please mention the correct shipping address in "message to seller" during check out.

What is the correct way to measure your wrist? And how long do we make the bands?

The third photo on all our listings show the way you can measure your wrist size accurately. We really need your accurate wrist size. Otherwise it will be too large or too small. If it's too large, it will slide all over your wrist and if it's too small, the band will actually hurt your wrist. The best way to measure your wrist is to use a piece of string and ask someone to help you if you can. Wrap the string around your wrist, mark it and compare that to a ruler. This is the measurement we'll need you to choose from the list.

UK has a very low import tax threshold. If you're returning your to us for any reason (i.e. re-stringing, resizing, etc.) please mark the package as "Returned to Sender" to avoid being charged import tax by the UK government. The package will not be released by the Customs Office without this charge being paid and your package will be returned back to you. However, marking the package as "Returned to Sender" seems to avoid this extra charge by letting the Customs Office know that I'm not importing the contents of this package from outside of the UK.

Do all bands fit narrow smart watches?

Smart watches such as Fitbit Luxe, Alta, Inspire/HR have quite narrow bodies so some of our bands are not suitable for these. If these watches show up as one of the options on the listing, that means that we'll make narrower versions (i.e. two strands instead of three) of these band to fit your watch.

Certain metals will tarnish over time & this is normal due to chemical reaction between the metal that we use on your bands and acids on your skin or hand lotions. You can prevent this by applying a clear coating of nail polish to your jewelry and may need to repeat this from time to time. Please treat your band as would any other piece of jewellery you own keeping them away from perfume, lotion, etc.
