This niobium chainmail bracelet is hand woven one ring at a time into a European 8-in-2 or Kings Mail weave. Kings Mail means that ever ring is doubled. This makes the bracelet more durable. It also creates a denser, yet still flexible weave which will drape beautifully on your wrist. The 7-inch length contains over 500 individual rings! The niobium rings are in shades of purple, mauve, blue and turquoise.

I used only high quality saw cut anodized niobium rings that allow for near seamless closures that will not snag your skin or clothing. The bracelet is finished with a matching anodized titanium lobster clasp that is durable and ensures the bracelet will not fall off. Anodized niobium and titanium are very strong, hypoallergenic metals. Therefore, these metals are a great option for those who have sensitive skin.

The bracelet is 1 1/8 inches (3 cm) wide. To determine your ideal bracelet length, you can either measure the length of your favourite bracelet or measure your wrist and add 1/4 to 1/2 inch depending how tight or loose you like your bracelet to fit.

Niobium is a very strong metal, however the colour can be scratched off if not handled with care.

CARE - Clean with warm water and a mild dish soap to remove dirt or oils, then rinse well and pat or air dry. Once completely dry, it is best to store the piece in a plastic or cloth bag to reduce exposure to the elements.

Do not clean with toxic jewelry cleaners, polishes or cloths that contain abrasives such as silver polishing cloths.

To keep the colour bright, it is recommended that you NOT wear this bracelet in the shower, pool or bath tub. And, remove the it before applying hair spray or perfume.
