Custom and personalized orders

Almost any name or word up to 12 characters can be folded in a book. The more characters in a word however, the smaller the font will have to be. The maximum is two words and need to be on one line. Many images can also be folded in the pages. You would need to contact me and be specific about what you want.

Can I request a certain book be used?

If the time frame permits and the book fits the criteria, then yes. Patterns need to have a certain page count and the book you want to use may not be big enough. The pages need to be 22-24mm in length. The best type of book are novels. Bibles and text books do not work well and I don't recommend them. You can send me the book if it meets the criteria but the order process will not start until I receive the book. If I have to look for the book I will search Amazon only. The cost of the book will be added to your order.

What if package is lost or damaged during shipment?

If an item is lost I'm happy to replace it. Shipping will be paid by customer. If it is damaged I would like a photo sent to me of the damaged book. I will replace it but shipping cost is paid by customer. If an item is missing after it shows delivered by USPS I'm sorry but I will not replace the item. You will need to purchase again.
