My dissatisfaction with shipping has nothing to do with Etsy. My package arrived with a large puncture and rip in the box. A sticker from USPS was attached apologizing for the damage. Fortunately the frame and even the glass were not damaged. Good packing inside the USPS priority box. Thank you
