::: BACKER OPTIONS :::
There are three options for the backside - you can choose which option you would like in the drop-down menu before adding the listing to your cart.

• Option 1: Blank Backer
• Option 2: Photo Collage Backer - see available layouts in the third photo
• Option 3: Patterned Backer - see available patterns in the forth photo. We can use red or green shades that coordinate with our colored envelopes, or you can choose any color from the color chart seen in the listing photos.

If you select a photo collage or patterned backer, please let us know which option you would like when you're giving us the rest of the information for your order.


::: HOW TO GET US YOUR PHOTO(S) AND INFO :::
After you order, you can send your photos and text info to us either via an Etsy message or you can email them to heather{at}thepaperedwedding.com. Please make sure your photos are high-resolution - the quality of your cards can only be as good as the quality of your photo! If you are ordering a photo collage backer, be sure to let us know which photo you are wanting on the front side.

Here's what we need to know:
• Your names (exactly how you would like them to appear on the cards)
• Any additional wording (for example, "With love," or "Merry Christmas from...")
• If you would like the year included with your names
• If ordering a photo or pattern backer, let us know which option you're wanting


::: TURNAROUND TIMES & PROOFS :::
Printable cards will be customized and sent to your email address that is on record with Etsy. We take pride in getting your files to you as quickly as possible. You can check out our current turnaround time in our Shop Announcement.

Our printable Christmas cards are NOT an editable, instant download. Your customized file will be emailed to you ready for you to print and you will be able to download the file directly from the email.

At this time we're only offering printing service to the United States. Standard shipping costs for printed invites are already factored into the price. Our digital, printable invitation file is available worldwide and the "shipping" for those is always free. We will print your printed order and get it shipped to you via Fedex Ground within two to three business days after you approve the proof. You can see transit time estimates for your location in the last listing photo.

TURNAROUND TIME FOR PROOFS OR DIGITAL FILES

Once you order and provide the information for the text, we will send you the completed digital file or proof (if printed order) within one business day. For a printed order, once your proof is approved your order will be printed and shipped within two to three business days.

For our printable items, no physical items will be mailed. Because they are digital, we do not offer refunds. We will make exceptions to this no-refund policy if there was an obvious mistake made on our part.

We try to make sure our designs will print true to what you see in the listing pictures. However, since computer monitors vary the color printed may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.

When you purchase this file you are licensed to use the digital product for personal or non-profit use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or transfer any of the files to a third-party.
