Wood mat insert that fits into a 5x7 frame. Holds a 3-1/2 x 5 or 4 x 6 photo. There is an option to buy the outer frame. The picture opening is 3" x 4". The mat is 1/8" thick. The frames that work the best are frames in which the backs come all the way off, so that there will be some wiggle room.
