Each sign is MADE TO ORDER based on the colors you choose at checkout. Your sign will ship THREE WEEKS from the date of purchase. If you are ordering a Cord Of Three Strands piece your sign will ship 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of purchase.  Multiple color and size options available in the personalization section as well as in the listing photos.  

AVAILABLE SIGN FINISH OPTIONS:
Background colors - white, black, dark gray and light gray. Any other background color will incur a $10 up charge.

Lettering colors – white, black, dark gray, light gray, dark pink, light pink, yellow, chartreuse, light teal, dark teal, orange, violet, red, navy, rain, olive and smokey blue. White lettering is the only option available for black, gray and colored backgrounds.

Please note, LIGHT GRAY is just that and is acuratly displayed in the listing photos. We do not recommend this as lettering or background finish for small or wordy pieces.

DETAILS: Each sign is handcrafted in our workshop in Spencerville, Indiana from a unique, quality piece of plywood which may have natural imperfections such as knots, heavy grains etc. We do not attempt to heavily cover these imperfections as we feel it lends to the uniqueness we love in our signs.  SIGN HANGING INSTRUCTIONS: Signs do not come with hanging hardware as they are made to hang from the frame itself. We recommend wall anchors/screws for installation.

Unfortunately, my sign was received later than originally stated and somehow got scratched during shipping. I was told I would receive a refund but never heard anything again. I didn’t expect a full refund since I wasn’t asked to send the sign back, but some sort of compensation would have been nice. I really wanted to love this sign, but ended up being disappointed instead.

Hi Angela! I wish you would have messaged us about not receiving your refund. We do appreciate your feedback however I wanted to clarify as some things are out of our control. Upon your message letting us know your sign was scratched in transport I did let you know how sorry I was and offered a full refund. I did not even have you walk through the USPS claim process. Also, I explained we had a baby 5 weeks early in the NICU in which your order only went out a few days late. I was working non stop literally the day after I came home from the hospital, 48 hours after having a child, to make the delay as small as possible. I paid over $100 to overnight your piece to try and make the very slight delay up to you. I was unaware you had not received a refund and would have checked into that right away if I had been made aware.
