Most of our items can be dusted with a soft dry cloth. Do NOT scrub on gold leaf or stained pieces.

Our small to mid-sized items come wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a jute string. All items are then packed in bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts
Gift wrap is available for an additional charge.

Our processing time is generally 3-5 business days unless the item needs to be started from the beginning or is a custom/personalised piece.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you be be happy! If you are not satisfied with the item you have received please contact us within 14 business days to arrange for an exchange or return confirmation.

Returned items may incur a 20% restocking fee. Decision to charge fee is at the sellers discretion.

GrapeVine Ceramics is responsible for collecting sales tax for items delivered within the State of Kansas. We collect at the current state base rate and absorb the difference of the county/city rates.
