Once a package has shipped, it is no longer in my control. All packages are shipped via USPS and are subject to delays and other issues that are the responsibility of the post office.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it please first confirm the ship to address is correct and then call or visit your local post office. Provide them with the tracking number and they will be able to trace where the package was delivered by exact coordinates. If the package was delivered to the wrong address, USPS will retrieve the package and return it to you.

If your package is returned to seller for any reason, the buyer is responsibility to pay for re-delivery.

Every hanger is one of a kind and created just for you, because of this they cannot be restocked and resold.

What if I don't like the style of a letter on my order?
Throughout my shop there are many example photos of my lettering, every hanger is created using this style of lettering and you have the ability to see it before purchase to give you an idea of how your hanger will be created. There are a few exceptions, which include when a name has an apostrophe or is hyphenated which will cause the lettering to be altered to accommodate for these requests. Should you have a question about a certain letter, please message me and I can work to provide you with an example prior to purchase b/c once created, wire can't be changed or exchanged.

Standard Processing- This is the time that it takes to create your hanger. This timeframe varies depending on the number of orders that I am processing at the time that your order is placed. This timeframe can change daily, weekly or monthly. Each listing shows the estimated delivery time and includes the current processing timeframe.

Rush Processing- This option ships faster than standard processing listings, typically in 1-2 business days. All rush processing listings have the phrase: Ships in 1-2 Business Days" on the primary listing photo. This timeframe is also automatically calculated into your delivery timeframe at checkout.

Priority/Express Mail are USPS shipping upgrades only & do not change the processing time of the listing.
