In-house items we ship ourselves typically go out within 1-2 weeks unless we’re unusually busy, a part of the order is out of stock, or the purchase includes a pre-order item. HOWEVER, PLEASE ALLOW 4 WEEKS FOR ORDERS TO SHIP to accommodate our frequent conventions and restocks. If an order is needed promptly, please message us with your need-by date before placing the order to inquire about availability and shipping time. All items ship with tracking.

I received part of my order, but not all of it. Were some items shipped separately?

Most of our apparel and homegoods are fulfilled by affiliate printers. Orders containing both affiliate and in-house items will ship in separately and at different times. If the affiliate part of an order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks of the order being placed, please message us so we can figure out what's happened on the printer's end. If items are missing from an order that was completely fulfilled in-house, please contact us as there was likely a mistake!

Will monster mouse pads be available again?

Mouse pads aren't something we keep in stock regularly; we open orders for them every several months. If you'd like to be kept updated on when mouse pads will be available for purchase next, please consider joining our mailing list: www.CoeyAndShy.com/list

Can other prints be ordered from Shy's/Coey's gallery besides the ones that have listings?

Often, yes! Shoot us a message and we'll do our best to get something worked out for you.

Can I get one of your pieces/designs tattooed on me?

Please contact us with what you're wanting to get tattooed. We are both *typically* fine with people getting tattoos of our work so long as we're compensated in some way (such as buying some stuff from our shop, etc), and so long as we're credited in any photos you post. But please OK what piece/design you're wanting to use with us first.

Coey Kuhn's Oktavia and the Unicorn tapestry is a stunning piece.. it has such a magical, fairy-tale feel. The rich red background and intricate details, the characters, combine to create such a captivating scene. I have zero regrets getting this except that I wish I had gotten it sooner!
