Our current fulfilment time ranges from 1-3 business days (During holidays such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas may delay our fulfilment times). Once your design has been completed, a sample will be provided via an Etsy Conversation, to ensure the customer is 100% happy before their final copies have been provided. Once approved, the final copies of your order will be sent via to the email address linked with your Etsy account. Please ensure to check all Junk and Spam mail folders due to new emails/contacts being marked as ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’.

WELCOME

Hello, my name is Monique and welcome to my Etsy shop, DesignsByMoniqueAU. I have a huge passion for art and design, and my dream is to become a Graphic Designer and to run my own business.

My shop is basically my practising area and this is where I let my imagination take place and put it all down digitally!

Choose from invitations, typography prints, personalised prints, stationary ect along with a whole lot more to come! Print your purchases right from the comfort of your own home or professionally by your local print professionals on any cardstock or paper you wish!

All of my designs are fully customisable! Including colours, fonts, wording, placements, photos, pictures ect to suit your needs!

INVITATIONS

Personalised 90's Themed Invitations

During checkout in your ‘Notes to Seller’ or via an Etsy Conversation, please provide Monique with all of your event details. This may include:

Location and/or Address:
RSVP Details:

Please also provide your dimension size along with any special requests/customisation/changes. If your size has not been requested a standard 5x7 (rectangle invitations) or 14cm x 14cm (square invitations) will be provided to you.

If you would like to add photos to your design, please send through all photo files in a JPG or PDF file via an Etsy Conversation or directly to Monique at: moniquelewtas [!at] hotmail.com

Once your event details have been provided, Monique will send through a confirmation and will design your order accordingly ASAP. The editing process for all orders will take 1-3 business days and a sample will be provided to you via an Etsy Conversation, before sending through your final copies. Once your order has been approved, your final copies of your order will be sent via to your email address, linked with your Etsy account. The files provided will consist of:
1 x JPG File
1 x PDF File
(If you need a certain file type - please let Monique know your preferred file option and we would be happy to see what we can do for you.)
Once your files have been sent to your email address, please ensure to check all Junk and Spam mail folders for your order. Once received, please download the files directly from the email.

Print & Enjoy!

If your design needs to be completed by a certain date or needs to be rushed, please contact Monique.

All customers will be provided with 3 free minor changes to their designs at no additional charge. Designs that include over 3 minor changes or larger changes may include an additional fee.

Please note, once your final copies have been emailed DesignsByMoniqueAU deletes all files and personal information included on your design. Changes that are requested after your final copies have been emailed, will include an additional fee.

Alterations may delay our provided fulfilment timeframe.

TERMS

By purchasing from DesignsByMoniqueAU you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. The client agrees that there are no returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges or refunds with our products.
2. The client agrees that all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
3. The client agrees to take full responsibility on their chosen size, photographs, text colours and other design elements. What the client provides is what he/she will receive. DesignsByMoniqueAU does not take responsibility in low resolution files or damaged files provided by the client.
4. The client agrees to take full responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all aspects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations.
5. The client agrees that all products are to be used for his/her personal use. Products are not to be re-sold.
6. The client agrees that large changes, more than 3 minor changes or changes after a product has been sent will result into additional fees. Additional fees will be calculated by DesignsByMoniqueAU.
7. The client agrees that there may be some slight colour variations between what appears on their device and their final product - due to monitor settings and printer calibration variances.
8. The client agrees to allow the provided fulfilment times and understands that alterations may delay this timeframe.
9. The client agrees to take full responsibility for his/her product - DesignsByMoniqueAU takes no responsibility for any damages made by the customer.
10. The client agrees that he/she is responsible for all trademark, service mark, copyright and patent infringement clearances. DesignsByMoniqueAU will not be held liable for any legal infringement as a result of artwork being distributed or published by the client.
11. The client agrees that these terms can be varied, amended or altered at any time.

All trademarks of characters, images, fonts, logos, names ect used in DesignsByMoniqueAU’s designs belong to their respective owners and are not being sold. DesignsByMoniqueAU does not claim ownerships of the characters, images, fonts, logos, names ect used in their design. The listing is for the time and effort used to create and personalised your print.
