ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!! I wrote to the artist of my basic request: to make a drawing of my wife and her grandfather from when she was a little girl on the beach in florida. She said she could, and I provided photos,descriptions,details, etc. I was very nervous because I'd never done anything like this before. The artist led me through the process, explained everything thoroughly, and proceeded to exceed my expectations (and then some!) at every step. Shipped on time, and great protective packaging as well. I gave the gift to my wife, and she was in tears. I would highly recommend this artist!
