I lost part of my county map!

Oh no! No one likes a lost county! Contact me and I'll set up a quick custom order so you can get replacements and your adventures can continue to be tracked!

So many counties... How will I have time to fill in this whole map?

You can do this! Figure out your protocol for adding a county sticker. Do you just have to pass through a county to earn one? Maybe eat a meal or sleep in a county to add one? You be the judge! And if you're that worried, go get ice cream. You'll feel better!

I ruined the decal trying to install it. What next?

Decals are tough to install sometimes, especially when they're on the larger side. Contact me ASAP and I'll make it right, promise!

Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders, but make sure you keep an eye on your email so you can answer questions that may come up! If I don't hear from you by 24 hours before the ship-by date, I will either cancel your order or create the design based on my discretion, depending on the customization!

I ensure that your package is in the mail within the specified processing time (currently 1-2 weeks but it's usually in the mail in a few days). USPS is understandably taking longer than normal currently. If your order hasn't arrived within two weeks of the shipping date AND there is no update on the tracking number, please contact me for a replacement decal. If you have an item that NEEDS to arrive by a certain date, Priority Express Shipping with USPS is the only delivery method guaranteed to arrive by a certain time.

I found a mistake on my decal!

Mistakes are never fun! Contact me ASAP and I'll fix it. I wish I was perfect but with so many counties, errors can occur!

I plan on ordering a bunch, do you give a discount?

Message me if you plan on ordering 3 or more of the same decal in the same color pattern for a discount code:) It can't be used in conjunction with any other discount code, but it's a good one!
