What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Every order ships with full tracking and built-in insurance. We use higher-tier shipping services so you're protected. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged/empty, the package is insured and a claim must be filed. Because you (the recipient) have the package in hand, USPS requires that the buyer file the claim directly. That said—we won’t leave you hanging. We’ll provide any documentation you need to back it up and walk you through the process step by step. If USPS denies the claim, there may be additional options through the marketplace platform. While it’s always easiest to say “just resend it,” we want you to know we’ve invested in insured, trackable shipping specifically to protect your order in situations like this.

Do you offer custom start dates for calendars?

We get asked this one a lot! Our calendars, especially the foil and tabbed calendars are printed in large batches on oversized sheets using commercial production methods. While they’re made to order by size and punch, the layout itself is pre-set and cannot be customized. Custom start dates would require an entirely new file, setup, and production path—something we simply can’t offer in a two-person shop that runs across four platforms. Thanks for understanding!

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

We’re unable to make changes once your order has entered processing, so we’ll need to cancel and refund it so you can reorder. That said, please contact us immediately if you catch a mistake—we might be able to intercept it before it goes to print. Double-check your size and punch options before checking out to avoid sad planner feelings later.

Can I combine multiple orders?

We’d love to when we can! If you place multiple orders, send us a message—we try to catch them on our own, but during sales or busy stretches, it’s a blur of printers and punch holes over here. If we catch it in time, we’ll combine them before shipping. Just don’t wait until we’ve already packed them up!

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. Our items are made, printed, cut, punched, and packaged for each order, so please review the size, photos, and listing details carefully before purchasing. All that information can be found in each individual listing. If you accidentally order the wrong size, we may be able to offer an exchange if the item is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs, including shipping for the replacement item. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm whether your item qualifies for an exchange.
