Why doesn't my Belle look exactly like the one in the photo?

Every Ellie's Belle is made to order and is in many ways, a one-of-a-kind piece. While I make every effort to replicate the style and color of the original photo, I cannot guarantee the use of the exact same section of a pattern/print and as such, you may notice some variation in your Ellie's Belle. If there is a predominant color in a pattern/print that you would like me to try to utilize, please let me know with your order and I will do my very best to accommodate your request.

Can I return or exchange my Ellie's Belle?

All sales are final. Because each Belle is custom-made and hand-crafted upon order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Should you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match the item description, kindly contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will make every attempt to correct the issue.
