I do accommodate custom orders. During the checkout process there is a "Notes" section. Please include your EXACT personalization including, names, dates, capitalization, and punctuation. If I have any questions I do contact you via Etsy message, so please be sure to use a valid email. If I cannot reach you after 48hrs I will create the piece exactly how it is in the "Notes" section. So, please be sure all spelling and dates are correct.

You will want to be sure to put your jewelry on last and take it off first. Many lotions, sprays, and perfumes can dull your jewelry. Please remove your jewelry during extended exposure to water. Properties in the water can react adversely with many metal types. Please do not store your jewelry in humid wet areas. If you are storing your jewelry for a while please use a air tight bag or closed jewelry box to prevent the charms from tarnishing.

A jewelry polishing cloth will restore your jewelry back to its original shine. DO NOT use and chemical cleaners as they can damage the metal. Really, any soft cloth will work.

What kind of metal do I use?

I use high-grade surgical stainless steel. Stainless is a wonderful metal for jewelry makers because it is durable, strong, and lightweight. It also does not rust or tarnish making it a forever gift. Necklace chains are 2mm stainless steel.

Processing Times vary. This is the time it takes from when you order to when it goes into the mail. USPS shipping times are in addition to my processing time. You have the choice during checkout to select your preferred mailing time. Most common is USPS First Class which typically takes 3-5 business days and USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 1-3 business days. USPS does not guarantee their delivery time with first class or priority. I do include tracking with your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once I print your shipping label.
