◆SIZING
We recommend measuring your dog and providing key measurements when purchasing. SIZE CHART is to be used as a reference, since dogs chest and girth measurements can be drastically different, we recommend providing actual measurements in NOTE TO SELLER when checking out or by messaging me after ordering. We add 1-2 inches on A & B measurements so if you need more, please let me know.
◆LETTER SIZING WILL NOT be the same as what you buy in stores so please measure and provide measurements before ordering.


◆TURNAROUND TIME
2-3 week turnaround. We currently cannot rush any orders. If you need your harness faster, please contact me before order so I can confirm we can ship sooner.

◆HARNESS POLICY
**Harnesses are non-refundable. Please provide measurements when ordering to insure fit.
EXCHANGES if there is a problem with the fit and you did not provide measurements, you can mail harness back to me and I will adjust harness but we will charge shipping again to mail harness back to you. ( We only fix the harness in the width and hardware ordered, we don't remake a new harness)
- If you did provide measurements and the fit is off, we will provide a return label and fix the length of the straps for a better fit free of charge (this is only applicable if you provide measurements).The width will remain the same. If you feel like you order a harness that is too wide, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.

All items are made with your dogs safety in mind using high quality supplies. No collar is indestructible so please keep a close watch for wear and tear. Replace collars when necessary. Please read policy for further information.

◆GENERAL HARDWARE DISCLAIMER◆ Brass hardware is plated so with time it will be begin to fade and lose it's gold color. Dings and scratches are inevitable on polished buckles depending on the energy of the dog. We won't replace a buckle because it has been scratched by dog use. Buckles have a spring mechanism which I recommend putting on and taking off with care to not break the spring. Buckles are guaranteed for up to 2 months so if it does break, we will gladly replace it, if the collar is returned to us within that time frame to us.
