All jewelry will come in a bag or box. I suggest when not wearing to keep the jewelry stored in this bag to prevent any damage. The chains used are often delicate and care should be taken not to pull hard on them. They are wrapped around paper for shipping, and that is the best way to store them to prevent tangling.

Wholesale availability

I welcome large orders of the same item, and discounted pricing is available for orders of at least 4 of the same items totaling over $100. Please contact me for availability and pricing.

Shipping and Handling

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Large custom orders may take 2-3 weeks. Orders are shipped via US postal service, and usually take 1-4 days for US delivery, and 1-2 weeks for international destinations. Expedited shipping (Priority and Priority Express) are available for an additional charge. Tracking numbers will be provided for US shipments. International shipments via US first class mail do NOT always provide tracking information. Refunds and Exchanges

My jewelry is constructed and packed with care. If any items are defective upon receipt, please contact me and return the item for a replacement or a full refund. I strive to provide honest descriptions of my jewelry. I cannot be held responsible for a buyers failure to look at all photographs or to read the full product descriptions, including dimensions and materials used. Occasionally, we change our minds. ...Such items may be returned within 7 calendar days in their original condition for a full refund minus a 30% re-stocking fee and my initial shipping expenses. Return shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer. Some countries may charge customs fees . Buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees.

I ship via first class US first class postal service with tracking (incomplete outside US) within 3 business days. US shipments-not insured unless the buyer requests and pays for insurance. I am NOT responsible for lost and damaged item. International-insured. Customs fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees (which may be charged upon delivery) are not included in the item prices or shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for any of these charges. I am unable to provide any estimate for your country's duty or VAT. Orders shipped and returned to me because of failure of the recipient to pay duty, etc. are considered forfeited and will not be refunded.

I need to cancel an order

Jewelry is made to order. Thus, if a cancellation request is received AFTER the jewelry has been made but before shipping, the 30% restocking fee will apply (i.e., a refund minus the 30% restocking fee will be made). If a shipping label has already been run, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Cancellation requests received prior to making the jewelry or running a shipping label will be refunded in full. CUSTOM AND RESERVED ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. In all circumstances, all shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer. Some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes. Buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees and/or import taxes.

Can I return or reuse the shipping materials?

I do not offer postage for customers who wish to return packaging. However, I encourage customers to reuse packaging materials for their own needs.
