Where do I put the monogram or name I would like? Where can I put the color of thread?

These are the questions I get asked the most. Please put that in the PERSONALIZATION or NOTES TO SELLER section when you place your order. If choosing a monogram, it is best to include the full name and we will arrange the initials in monogram etiquette order. Please keep in mind that name requests are case sensitive.

How can I see my personalized design for my Cubbie?

I am happy to create your custom design. When you place your order, please include the information you would like in the PERSONALIZATION or NOTES TO SELLER section when you order. I will work on your design and send your preview, between 2-10 business days depending on current processing time order is placed. Easter season and October through December previews can take up to 10 business days. After you approve, I start stitching right away!

What kind of designs can I get on my Cubbie?

Feel free to browse our album on Facebook for ideas here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.691599884273054.1073741845.252847288148318&type=3 And I'm happy to offer custom suggestions, just send me a CONVO.

How long does it take for my Cubbie to be shipped?

After the order is placed, I will create a custom design for your Cubbie. The preview is typically sent within 2-7 business days but production time can be 7 to 14 business days during peak gift giving seasons. Processing times will be reflected on the listing itself. Please feel free to reach out if you have a specific need by date. After approved, it will be stitched out within the posted processing time frame when you placed the original order.

Can I order more than one item to be shipped together? Can I add something to my order?

Absolutely! Just select your items one at a time by adding to cart. After you have completed your selections, just go to your cart and pay for everything all at once. This will ensure you get any available shipping discounts. If you want to add something to your existing order, please feel free to message us. We have a coupon code that will amend shipping to the best possible rate. However, keep in mind that additions may result in a new ship by date.

I LOVE my order! What can I do to share my experience for others to see?

We love to receive feedback! If you are pleased with your order and would like to share we would greatly appreciate that. Our fantastic reviews are what sets us apart from other stores that sell similar items. Customers are able to leave reviews on all of their purchases. We love when you share on social media as well. All of our social media shop links are found in the "Around the Web" section. Please visit our Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter to post. And visit Pinterest to pin away!

Can I get my item gift wrapped? Can I include a gift message?

Absolutely! I can include a message for you, just put your request in the NOTES section of your order or through a CONVO when you place your order. I am happy to gift wrap. Please just message me and I will create a custom listing for you depending on how fancy you would like it. All of our orders are shipped with a packing slip, no financial information or pricing is included. That way there are no worries of the recipient seeing price information if your purchase if for a gift.

When will my order ship?

Processing times vary and may fluctuate during peak seasons, check the posted processing time when you order. You can scroll down on a listing to find that and the estimated shipping time frame prior to ordering. Please note that we have no control over the shipping time. Since that is out of our hands, we CANNOT guarantee any shipping arrival dates. However, we will do our best to try to meet any customer timeline if it is possible. In the event that your package is delayed by the USPS, we are happy to submit a claim on your behalf as soon as the window to do so becomes available. We can either reship your order or provide a refund AFTER the claim is approved.

Do you make your own items?

We specialize in custom embroidery and do not create the items we embroider. Hoop and Stitch works with production partners around the world to source the items they personalize. We do perform all personalization in house. Some laser process products we carry are wholly created in house and some we source from production partners to embellish. Each individual listing will share the specifics of creation. This is also true for the sublimated and white toner embellished items in our shop. Be sure to read the listing details for each to determine the creation specifics. Please reach out to us at any time if you have questions about our processes for any item.

What happens if I forgot to put the name or thread color for my order?

If you did not include the thread color choice, name/monogram or font choice, we will reach out to request that. If no answer is received by the original ship by date, we will extend the ship time to it's maximum to allow for your response and make another attempt to reach you for the info. If no response is received by the final ship by deadline, your order will be shipped with shop's choice of thread color. Orders with missing name/monogram, font or approval of design will be cancelled. We are happy to fulfill it if it is placed again with all the necessary information. However, there is no stock availability guarantee. PLEASE USE A MONITORED EMAIL ACCOUNT FOR ETSY TO RECEIVE MESSAGES AND ASSURE THERE ARE NO DELAYS WITH YOUR ORDER.

Stuffies are approximately 13" to 17" depending on whether they are sitting or standing. They have a soft pod filling that zips out so they are perfect for washing. Designs will be embroidered on the tummy of the little critter. Additional embroidery can be placed on the bottom for an additional charge.

Hoop & Stitch personalizes pre-made items sourced from carefully selected production partners known for quality and style. Vendors we work with are in various locations throughout the United States and China.

If no thread color is selected, we will reach out to request it. If no response is received by the “ship by” date, we will use the best recommended color for your order.

This is my fourth order from this seller. She does such great work. All three of my kids have a birth announcement animal that we treasure. The seller contacted me in advance to show me the mockup design and get my approval, and the final product looks so charming.
