Custom and Personalized Orders

We gladly accept custom orders and are happy to help you create your very own piece for any special occasion. If ordering something that is personalized, please make sure to include any information such as names, dates, etc. in the personalization section at the time of checkout. Also please ensure that all spelling and information is correct before you submit the order. We will not be able to remake any items that were ordered with the wrong information.

What are your products made out of?

Please refer to individual listings for specific materials used for each piece. We create items with a combination of aluminum, steel, acrylic and wood. All of our metal pieces are laser cut and hand crafted then powder coated using a high grade, durable, UV & weather resistant powder.

What is your processing time for orders?

Processing times vary- see each individual listing for the correct processing time for that specific item. Expect for your product to take this amount of time to be ready for shipping. You will receive a notification/tracking information once we have printed the shipping label. You will be able to track all packages through UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking services. We can not be responsible for delivery times once your package has left our shop and been shipped.

Do you accept cancellations, returns or refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds. If there is a problem with your product or if there is damage done to your item during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to help resolve your issue. We take pride in our customer satisfaction and will do all we can to provide the best service we can.

24" tall to scale / laser cut out of aluminum / item is lightweight and will not rust- perfect for indoor or outdoor hanging / colored using a high durable powder coat / the dragons are attached to sign using hardware to ensure they do not detach / the color options are shown in the photos- when ordering, please use these as a guide to select your desired color for the primary sign & dragons / make sure to double check the spelling before completing your purchase

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process orders for shipping.
