They will all be so dazzled by your amazing footwear that they won’t be able to stay mad for long! Our Leaf sandals are extremely popular at Renaissance Festivals with both Men and Women! We work so hard to make them fast enough to stay ahead of demand during RenFest season. (They are, of course, as comfortable as they are beautiful!)

Our Leaf Sandals are modeled after the traditional Gladiator sandal, only we swapped the usual tabs with wild leaves! Three Leaf tabs run in between the leather base and Vibram sole, they then wrap around to cradle both sides of each foot. The lace is threaded through the leaves, crisscrossed over the top of the foot, and can be tied several times around the ankle with a double knot, or laced up your leg and tied. The laces are fully adjustable for a comfortable fit. Because of the unique design, no toxic glue is used in the making of these sandals (or when making any of our shoes!). The leaves are hand-cut and the leaf veins are hand-carved, so the look and the size of the leaves will vary (so we don’t lose our minds and become robots) making each Leaf sandal one of a kind. You won’t receive the sandals in the picture, but you will receive a pair of sandals extremely similar. You are, after all, wearing a functional work of art!

The ¼” Vibram sole is a plastic/rubber blend and one of the best sole options on the market. Vibram is extremely soft and flexible and designed to mimic a barefoot feeling when you walk. During your first adventure with your new Activator sandals, the Vibram sole will begin to mold to the shape of your foot for a natural-born, custom fit. On top of the Vibram sole, your foot is resting on soft and supple salvaged bull hide. (Can you think of anything better than that?)
