At first I was disappointed as it didn't seem to do anything at all. The arthritis in my right hand is sharp and quite painful, but I persisted as I know natural remedies can take time to take effect. The more it's used, the better it works. I'm using it 2 to 4 times per day and the intensity of the pain is notably decreased. It doesn't eliminate it completely, but it reduces it enough to where I can comfortably use my hand more within my own pain tolerance levels. I'm sold!
