Depending on how wide the ribbons are and how much they are bunched together, the medal hangers will hold the following

Small - Approximately 20-28 Medals
Medium – Approximately 34-42 Medals
Large – Approximately 48-56 Medals
X Large – Approximately 64-72 Medals
