Huaraches tend to stretch with wear, so we recommend ordering the size you normally wear in other footwear. If you wear half sizes, choose the next full size down — for example, if you wear a US 8.5, order a US 8. Our listings show US sizes, but you'll receive huaraches marked with the equivalent Mexican size. For men's huaraches, a US 8 arrives marked Mexican size 6. For women's huaraches, a US 7 arrives marked Mexican size 4.

To help your huaraches last longer: avoid getting them wet and prolonged sun exposure. Clean them with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let them air dry, away from direct heat. Genuine leather molds and stretches slightly with wear until it adapts to your foot. Every so often, you can apply a leather cream or conditioner.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Preparation and crafting take 3 to 5 business days, since each pair is handmade. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You'll see the estimated delivery time on the listing and at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For most of our products, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, and return shipping is paid by the buyer. Some items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged; please check the listing's policies before buying. This is a very durable product. Do not buy imitations — our huaraches are made the traditional way, just like in the old days.

Regarding sizing, we do not offer half sizes, only whole sizes. However, the footwear has a roomy fit, and with use it will gradually mold to your foot. For this reason, if you wear a half size, we recommend ordering the previous whole size. For example, if you wear a size 7.5, the most suitable size would be 7.

Better quality than others off this pattern I have bought before from others. Well worth the price. Be prepared to wait for them though. I’m sure it’s no fault of the owner but going thru customs out of Mexico and their postal service- count on almost a month. Don’t fear. They’ll show. They run 1/2 size large but not a big problem for this type of shoe. I’m pleased. I’ve worn several of this style from various venders, for yrs. These are the best so far.
