All items are ready to ship. We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days however same or next day is more common.

All items are dispatched on a tracked and/or "signed for" service.

We can dispatch parcels within the UK on a next day service if the order is placed before 1pm. There is a charge of £8.95 for this.

We ship WORLDWIDE so please contact us if postage costs are not currently available for your location.

COVID-19 update: Due to the changing situation accross the world, please expect that there may be delays to your delivery. This is due to the huge reduction in international air traffic and staff shortages and social distancing practices which delivery companies are now working with. There may also be local quarantine periods implemented by some countries prior to releasing parcels from customs to delivery companies.

We have a maximum standard shipping cost of £12.95 to Europe and £17.95 to the rest of the world (excluding the US). If you buy multiple items and your postage costs are more than this we shall refund the difference.

US postage: Due to spiralling delivery costs due to COVID-19 and increased US duty, it is now more expensive for us to provide a standard delivery service to the US with USPS than to provide EXPRESS delivery with DHL. We have therefore decided at this time to offer EXPRESS delivery to the US for a flat rate of £25 for all sweaters and most other items. Depending on location this should normally take 1-3 working days (this excludes any disruption due to exceptional circumstances as detailed above. Generally we have found the Express US service to be largely unaffected by COVID-19). We purchase a CLIMATE NEUTRAL delivery on your behalf.

International deliveries may be liable for customs fees or import duty and taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these.

We do offer INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY with DHL to selected locations but cannot show this due to the different costs dependent on location. Eg. Canada & Australia £35. Please contact us if you are interested in this option.
