Here is a wonderful collectible plate, one of the series "People of the Midnight Sun, titled "The hunter's reward" in original box and packaging, by Nori Peter, limited edition
The plate measures approx.10" in diameter.
In mint condition: bright colors, no nicks or chips. Like New! Still in its original box and packaging!
Kaiser porcelain is closely connected with the history of the mysterious and ancient art of porcelain making. The company's manufacturing of the fine porcelains has been a family tradition for over 100 years. Kaiser porcelain is a devoted to high quality and meticulous workmanship today as the founder of the company was in 1872.
About the Artist... Nori Peter "Painter and sculptress highly regarded throughout North America left Hungary during the Revolution and moved to Canada in 1957. Miss Peter, born to an artistic family, studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest where she developed her natural talent to the highest perfection.
In Canada, her new home, she took an interest in the native people who became her favorite subject. on her extensive travels in the North West Territories and Eastern Arctic, Nori painted sketches from live models. her admiration and love for the people of the "Midnight Sun" lend theses pictures the unsurpassed fascination of true art.
Expert praise her works for the authenticity recording of all times a dying phase of North American Culture."
We personally inspect each piece. There may be some light wear and manufacturing imperfections such as stray gilding. If there are any noticeable problems or issues such chips, cracks or excessive wear they will be clearly described above.
