1. I will email you the design proof in jpeg format via email within 1 business day (not including weekends and Holidays). If revisions are necessary, please allow 1 business day for changes.

2. Once you've reviewed and approved the PROOFS, we will print and ship your order. Please note that we cannot cancel and make any edits to the artwork once it's in print production. Make sure all the information in the PROOF is correct.

Note: We're not responsible for grammatical and spelling errors.

3. I will send you an email when your order has been shipped.

Loved the photo board. It turned out beautifully in all the birthday pictures! The shipping was not the best. It was mailed on July 14th but was not received until August 1st. The label said “3 day priority” but it sat in IL for over a week. I was able to reach out the the seller and she sent me the digital version so I could get it printed last weekend for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Now I have an extra photo board because I ultimately had to buy two. I know the shipping isn’t the sellers fault but paying $17 for 3 day priority shipping and waiting almost 3 weeks was a bit frustrating especially since I had to get it printed/ mounted myself after waiting 2 weeks. I recommend just getting the digital version and getting it printed/mounted at your local printing store the next day.
