Custom and personalized orders

I specialize in custom orders. Please be aware that custom orders with photos, messages or special requests can take a while to prepare. Dependent on when I receive the photos and customization and YOUR APPROVAL of the mock up makes a difference on how quickly it can be made. Please message me if you have a deadline. In some cases if we do not hear back from a customer your order may be sent without photos.

There typically will be a care instructions page with your order but as a rule of thumb here is a list of how to care for your jewelry item: - take off jewelry prior to washing, showering, bathing or swimming - to keep jewelry near original color, never store in the bathroom or a humid environment. It is best to keep your jewelry in a jewelry box or air tight container. - polish with the appropriate jewelry cleaner depending on what your item is made of. Most of my jewelry is brass which darkens naturally over time. - Lockets sometimes need adjustment to close properly. Every order will usually be in a white organza bag or a box. The exception to this will be if we run out of packaging. (example: after a busy holiday period). Multiple jewelry items in one order may be condensed into one bag. If you are giving away multiple items to different people in the same order please let us know at the time of purchase and we can use multiple bags. *PLEASE NOTE: FOR PURCHASES BEING SHIPPED TO CANADA -Canada Post has strict measurement requirements for regular mail. We cannot box packaging or do gift wrap for free shipping orders in Canada. If your item(s) go over these measurement, there may be an extra charge because of size.

do you refund shipping or tariff charges to the USA?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping on your order. The actual shipping charge to the USA is the tariff we are required to pay prior to shipping. US customers are responsible for these costs and they are non-refundable.

These beautiful brass, dangling locket earrings are amazing! They hold up to two photos in total and make an excellent gift! The lockets are filigree so the photo peek-a-boos through but its not super obvious.
I can change a color photo to black and white or keep your photo the original color.
You can even choose to have no photos at all and do it yourself.
Perfect to house your photos of loved ones or even your fur babies!

If you would prefer raw brass ear wires they are available (shown in photo worn). They are slightly longer. Just message me to change :)

*If you choose two photos they can be the same photo or two different photos.

The lockets dangle from long kidney shaped ear wires and hang just down to the jawline.

What is EPOXY? It is a resin poured over the photo to leave a glass domed finish.

PHOTO/MESSAGE DIRECTIONS:

1. make sure your photos are clear
2. make sure your photos have room around the subject so they can be cropped (do not pre-crop your photos)
3. send your photos to us in a convo to seller (email). Please be aware that Etsy only lets you attach 3 photos at a time so you may need to send more than one message.
4. A mock up will be done prior to being made for your approval. Watch your email and junk mail for a message with your mock up to approve. Your locket cannot be made until we get your approval.
