Is there tracking provided for packages.

Yes all items will be shipped via Latvijas Pasts (Latvian mail) priority mail . All items will have a tracking number provided, once shipped out. You can track your items with Track-trace.com . For USA packages -track with USPS.com. Unfortunately France does not permit package tracking, and a few other countries too.

What if my item gets lost in mail ?

That happens on very, very rare occasions. I have been sending lots of packages over the time of 18 years. There was only 1 that got lost. In the case of loss I write a finding request in my post office. We get an answer about the lost item in time 1-2 months. If post office has lost it- they will refund me and I will refund you. It only takes time and patience. So no worries.
