Please read before purchasing:

Give the gift of a unique and one of a kind Christmas/Anniversary/family growth announcements/engagements/etc. ornament for friends, family, and/or yourself! I will hand paint your loved ones onto a wood ornament (one side only). Each ornament varies from about 2.5-4 inches. Please keep in mind that each wood disc is natural and rustic so some wood pieces may not be perfectly shaped, sized, and/or colored.

This is a listing for an individual custom ornament. If you need additional ornaments, please change the quantity to the number of ornaments you need. If you order multiple ornaments, you can change the design on each one. Add ons and extras may be unavailable closer to Christmas.

How to purchase:
1) Pick the number of characters (pets and babies count as individual characters) and place your order.

2) Once payment goes through, I will send you a “get to know you” questionnaire via etsy conversation within a day. You must fill out the survey within 48 hours or I will cancel your order. You will be able to upload photos in the survey at that time.

3) After receiving your survey form, I will sketch and paint your portrait and send you at least two proofs before sending out.

In order to complete your order on time, please make sure to check messages from me. If I am waiting for your response/approval, I may push out the estimated completion date.

Turnaround time for these portraits average 3-4 weeks AFTER receiving your completed survey form. However, during peak seasons the expected completion date may be longer. Please refer to the “Shipping & Returns” section for an up-to-date estimate and plan accordingly. If you need the item before your estimated shipping date, please contact me to determine if expediting your purchase is possible (there is a small “rush my delivery” fee).
