My first order of masks was for a quantity of 5 to 10 euros per unit. It went very well. The masks were of very good quality and delivered to your home. They were even adjusted for the first order to my daughters' faces. For the second order (5 other masks at 8 euros), the customer service deteriorated: you had to adjust your mask yourself. As for the price, I realized that the saleswoman couldn't remember the price she gave me first. As a result, I understood that I had paid more for my first masks than others. There remains a feeling of having been caught for a turkey in a difficult and insecure context. I hated this transaction.
